Vegetable "Sushi"

Serves 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 wheat sandwich wraps or tortillas

2 Tbs low-fat cream cheese

4 baby carrots

2 cucumber wedges

 

 

 

 

 

Directions:

Cut sandwich wraps in half and spread with cream cheese. Place a couple rows of vegetable sticks near the cut end. Roll up tightly—just like sushi—and slice into 1-inch pieces.
