Vitamin and Mineral Supplement

Vitamin and Mineral SupplementVitamin D and calcium are like partners in crime, well not crime but they work together to keep your body healthy.

The natural sources of vitamin D are, of course, sun and then salmon, milk, and eggs.

Calcium comes from your dairy product like milk, cheese, and ice cream.  Calcium is also in canned sardines, garbanzo beans, broccoli, and kale. Milk that is fortified with vitamin D has both vitamin D and calcium, so you get both of them together.

If you do not think that you can get both vitamin D and calcium in your diet you can always try supplements. Before you take a vitamin and mineral supplement, you should talk to your doctor about supplementation.
