Water
There are no calories or carbohydrates in water, so drink as much as you like!
If you get tired of drinking plain water, try flavored or sparkling waters (check the labels to be sure they're zero-or-low-calorie and zero-carbohydrate). Iced tea with artificial sweetener, diet sodas and other drinks are also in the lineup, but remember: water is the best!
