What's For Christmas Dinner?
You just had turkey for Thanksgiving, and Ham was for Easter. Are you searching for a special dinner for Christmas?
Take a stroll by the Super 1 Foods meat market and look at the beef tenderloin roasts.
The first thing you may notice is that there isn't much fat at all on the roast. Tenderloins are probably the leanest cut of beef around. After all, a fillet mignon, the Cadillac of all steaks, is just one thick slice from a tenderloin.
A tenderloin roast is one huge fillet mignon! You won't find fat on this cut of meat. It's 100% flavor and tenderness!
Tenderloin roasts are not the cheapest cut of meat in the store, but this is definitely an instance where you get what you pay for. There will be no waste, and barely even a need for a knife. This meat is fork-tender and juicy, full of beefy deliciousness.
Because beef tenderloins are so delicious, there's no need to cover up the wonderful flavor of the meat with seasonings and sauces. Let the beef shine through!
The following recipe will help you serve a beef tenderloin in all its Christmas glory.
