Calcium and fluoride help your teeth have the strength to bite into a juicy apple. Good sources of calcium are dairy products like milk, cheese and yogurt. When picking dairy product make sure you get 2% or fat-free milk, cheese and yogurt. Some green vegetables like broccoli and kale are good sources of calcium too.

Vitamin C helps keep your gums healthy. Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons and limes are excellent sources of vitamin C. Other fruits high in vitamin C are strawberry and cantaloupe.

Getting enough calcium, fluoride and vitamin C will help keep your smile looking healthy and beautiful!
