Stay HydratedIn the hot summer months, it can be hard to stay hydrated. We all know your best bet of staying hydrated is to drink plenty of water, but how do you do that?

Keep a bottle of water with you throughout the day. If you’re at work, keep water at your desk to sip on. If you’re traveling or spending the day outdoors, pack a cooler with several water bottles to drink throughout the day.

Make a water drinking schedule. Make a goal, for example, that by lunch I will drink a certain amount of water.

If you can’t drink plain water, add some flavor by adding lemon or lime juice. You can also add flavor by adding sliced fruit like cantaloupe, watermelon or cucumber.

Water not only keeps you hydrated, but drinking water can also clear up skin so you have a healthy summer glow!
