Classic:
1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbs ketchup
5 pickle slices

Mediterranean:
1/2 oz goat cheese
1/4 cup spinach
2 slices tomato

Caprese:
1 oz fresh mozzarella
2 slices tomato
6 basil leaves

South of the Border:
2 thin slices avocado
1 Tbs cilantro
lime juice

Salsa:
1 Tbs salsa
1 Tbs Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices jalapeño
