Fishing Friday – Five partners volunteered to help the youth fish at Graham Park. They volunteered for 20 hours baiting hooks, rigging fishing poles and cooking hot dogs. This event was sponsored by the Greenville Police Department.

Audie Murphy Days – Three partners volunteered to cook and hand out hot dogs at the Cotton Museum. They volunteered for fifteen hours.

Mt. Pleasant Kids Day Rodeo – Super 1 was the sponsor for the annual kids rodeo day. Two partners helped pass out water to kids at the event for two hours.

Mad City Money – A partner volunteered for three hours helping a local credit union put together this event helping high school seniors by giving them financial information to assist them as they prepare to go into the world. The partner assisted at the booths assisting students.

Susan G. Komen Paint the Town Pink 5K Run – Partners walked/ran a 5k to support the Paint the Town Pink organization benefiting the Susan G. Komen foundation.

Smokey Eye BBQ – The 17th annual Smokey Eye BBQ was a two day event where pit crews from around Texas got together to raise donations for the Cypress Basin Hospice. Super 1 team won first place in campsite them and decoration. They won $300.00 and donated back to Hospice. The store raised over $1,200.00, which was presented to the head of the charity.

15th Annual Smoky-Eyed BBQ – This event benefited the Cypress Basin Hospice and drew over 2,000 people. The store sold coupon donations, camp site won 1st place and the money was given back. The store team received 4th place in Best Brisket and the money awarded was given back and the bakery auctioned a cake and the money was also given back. In all the partners donated over 75 hours to this event.
