Castillo San Simon Cabernet Sauvignon - 750 ml, $3.98
This Castillo San Simon looks intense ruby red coor with a violet rim denoting his youth. It displays typical characters of the variety, such as black fruits and spices. After an eight-day maceration at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks, the wine is decanted to complete its fermentation. It is them kept for a year in tanks undergoing three decantings before aging begins.
