


Moonlit Crystal Ball Mocktail
A sparkling Halloween mocktail made with pink lemonade, cranberry and lime juices, sparkling apple cider, and shimmering frozen glitter ice balls. Finished with pomegranate for a magical touch.

Moonlit Crystal Ball Mocktail

ice cubes, for shaking
1 cup pink lemonade
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 tsp lime juice
2 frozen glitter ice balls (see note)
1 cup sparkling apple cider
pomegranate pieces, for garnish
Directions
- Add the pink lemonade, cranberry juice and lime juice to an ice-filled shaker. Shake it for 10 seconds.
- Place one frozen glitter ice ball into each coupe or martini glass. Pour the lemonade mixture over the ice balls. Top with sparkling apple cider. Garnish with pomegranate pieces.
Note: To make glitter ice balls, stir 1/4 teaspoon of edible luster dust into one cup of water. Pour into round silicone ice molds, and freeze them until solid.
Mocktail to Cocktail: Add 2 ounces of vodka, tequila or rum to the shaker. Replace the sparkling apple cider with prosecco for an adult version of this drink.
