Ingredients
ice cubes, for shaking
1 cup pink lemonade
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 tsp lime juice
2 frozen glitter ice balls (see note)
1 cup sparkling apple cider
pomegranate pieces, for garnish
Directions
  1. Add the pink lemonade, cranberry juice and lime juice to an ice-filled shaker. Shake it for 10 seconds.
  2. Place one frozen glitter ice ball into each coupe or martini glass. Pour the lemonade mixture over the ice balls. Top with sparkling apple cider. Garnish with pomegranate pieces.

    Note: To make glitter ice balls, stir 1/4 teaspoon of edible luster dust into one cup of water. Pour into round silicone ice molds, and freeze them until solid.

    Mocktail to Cocktail: Add 2 ounces of vodka, tequila or rum to the shaker. Replace the sparkling apple cider with prosecco for an adult version of this drink.
