Its velvety texture makes Merlot instantly appealing and an obvious alternative to similar, more tannic Bordeaux varieties. For decades, the gray fox has presided over premium vineyards. Often, right before sunset, our winemaker, John Willumson, catches a glimpse of the majestic fox crisscrossing the vineyard rows near the winery. In honor of the proud fox, John selects only the best premium grapes for his Merlot. Enjoy its deep blackberry flavors and soft, smooth finish.
