After harvest, the grapes were gently crushed and underwent two to three weeks of cool fermentation - that's what makes it fresh! The wine was aged in French oak. This chardonnay has citrus and pear aromas followed by lush peach, melon, green apple, and mineral flavors with a toasty oak finish.
