Avaline Red pairs well with candlelight and a starry night. The taste is light to medium body with hints of cherry and the perfect touch of spice. Our red blend is made with organic grapes in France at a family-owned winery. Our producer hand-picks and dry farms the grapes. Our red wine is also free of added sugars, concentrates, and colors. Bonus, it is vegan friendly. We use minimal sulfites, a natural by-product of fermentation, to stabilize the wine. We also use bentonite clay, a naturally-occurring, ultra-fine clay to bind proteins in the wine, and then carefully filter it out to help maintain clarity in the wine.
