Baked Flounder with Citrus Butter

Ingredients
1 lb flounder fillets
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 lime, zest and sliced
1 orange, zest and sliced
2 Tbs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350Ëš F.
- Place the fish on an oiled baking pan or a baking pan lined with Simply Done® Parchment Paper.
- In a bowl, stir together the butter, zests, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Spread the butter mixture over the fish.
- Add the lime and orange slices around the fish on the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the top of the fish with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
