Basil Vinaigrette

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Lay the basil leaves flat on top of each other. Roll up the leaves, and slice them into strips. Roughly chop into smaller pieces.
- In a salad dressing bottle, add basil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Shake to combine. Add oil; shake again. Use on salads or as a marinade for vegetables, fish or chicken.
