Ingredients
1 (10 oz) bag fresh cranberries (approx. 3 cups)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup sugar

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, stir until sugar melts (about 3 minutes). Let the mixture simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cranberries soften and juices release (about 20 minutes). Turn off the heat, and let the cranberries cool.
