Ingredients
4 Brookshire’s Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tsp garam masala spice
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
limes and cilantro, for serving
Directions
  1. Place chicken in a large zip-top bag. Combine remaining ingredients (except limes and cilantro) in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour into the bag with the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. 
  2. Heat a grill over high heat. Brush the grates with vegetable oil. Add chicken. Grill on both sides for about 7 minutes per side, depending on size and thickness. Once the chicken is well-charred on both sides, lower heat or move to a cooler area of the grill to cook the rest of the way. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
