Muffuletta Sliders

Ingredients
12 Brookshire’s Freshly Baked Golden Dinner Rolls, split
2 Tbs mayonnaise
2 Tbs whole-grain mustard
8 slices deli ham
16 slices salami
1/4 cup whole black olives, pitted
1/4 cup whole green olives with pimiento
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup pickled giardiniera vegetables
1 clove garlic
12 slices provolone cheese
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard across the bottom halves of rolls.
  3. Layer with ham and salami.
  4. In a food processor, add the black olives, green olives, red peppers, pickled vegetables and garlic.
  5. Pulse several times to finely chop.
  6. Spread the mixture over the meat.
  7. Add a folded cheese slice on top of the olive mixture.
  8. Place top half of roll to finish each slider.
  9. Stir together the butter, oregano and salt.
  10. Brush the top of each roll with butter.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  12. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
