Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 (10-count) pkg hot dogs
toothpicks
1 pkg edible candy eyes
ketchup or mustard, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
- Unroll the dough onto a floured work surface.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch strips.
- Begin wrapping each hot dog with a strip of dough, overlapping the dough and leaving some gaps between the dough.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Press the ends of the dough under the hot dog. Secure any dough that is wrapped near the end of the hot dog with a toothpick.
- Bake for 15 minutes until dough is golden.
- Add two candy eyes to each mummy dog.
- Place a small dot of ketchup or mustard on the back of each candy eye to hold them in place.
- Serve with condiment of choice.
