6 bananas
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
chopped peanuts, for topping
caramel sauce, for topping
Directions
  1. Slice bananas into 1/2-inch pieces. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze until solid, at least 2 hours. Once frozen, add bananas and milk to a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Pulse to combine. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving. Top with peanuts and caramel sauce, if desired.
