Ingredients
4 Tbs unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
1 (10 oz) pkg mini marshmallows
4 cups Brookshire’s Cinnamon Squares Cereal
4 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
3 (1.5 oz) Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, broken into pieces
Directions
  1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with butter. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Reserve 1 cup of marshmallows, and set aside. Stir the remaining marshmallows in the pot until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in the cereals until evenly coated. Stir in half of the chocolate. Press into pan.
  3. Top with remaining chocolate pieces and reserved mini marshmallows. Heat the oven broiler. Cook until marshmallows are toasted (about 2 minutes). Let set at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
