Ingredients
3/4 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup(s) hot wing sauce
1/2 cup(s) Low-fat Plain Yogurt
1 tsp. Cumin
1 hd cauliflower, cut into florets and rinsed
1/2 cup(s) Water
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Butter
Directions
  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 425° F or 450° F. (Temperature varies by oven.) Combine flour, yogurt, water, seasoned salt, cumin, paprika and black pepper in medium mixing bowl. Mix until batter is thick and is able to coat cauliflower without dripping.
  2. Dip cauliflower into batter. Shake off excess batter before placing on baking sheet. Lay cauliflower on baking sheet in single layer. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden-brown.
  3. While cauliflower is baking, prepare buffalo sauce. In small saucepan on low heat, melt butter; mix in wing sauce. Remove from heat just as sauce starts to melt. Stir together, and set aside.
  4. Once cauliflower has finished baking, remove from oven, but keep oven turned on. Put all baked florets into mixing bowl with wing sauce; toss to coat evenly. Return cauliflower to baking sheet; bake for 20 to 25 more minutes.
