Ingredients
1 pkg Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1/2 cup(s) parmesan, shaved (divided)
cracked black pepper, to taste
1/3 cup(s) alfredo sauce
1 cup(s) mozzarella, shredded
fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 to 2 precooked chicken breasts, sliced
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Unroll pizza dough onto nonstick cookie sheet. Stretch dough to desired thickness and shape. Prebake dough for 8 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven; let cool slightly. Add Alfredo sauce, spreading evenly across dough with back of a spoon. Top with Italian seasoning, 1/4 cup parmesan, mozzarella and chicken.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Remove from oven. Top with remaining parmesan. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and fresh basil.
