4 slices smoked salmon
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbs capers, chopped
1 Tbs chives, chopped
flaky sea salt, for serving
cracked black pepper, for serving
Directions
  1. Toast the bread slices.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese onto each bread slice.
  3. Top each with avocado, salmon, onions, capers and chives.
  4. Sprinkle the top of each toast with sea salt and black pepper.
